What we store

Your email address, the names you give the travelers you track, and the entry and exit dates you log. We use this only to show you your dashboard and, if you turn alerts on, to email you before a leave-by date.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data and we do not share trip data with advertisers or partners.

Who processes it

Data is stored by Supabase (database and sign-in) and the site runs on Vercel. Alert emails are sent through Resend. Google sign-in, if you use it, gives us your email address and name only.

The free calculator

Dates typed into the calculator on the home page stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete my account removes your account, travelers and trips immediately. You can also email hello@schengenvisacalculator.com.

Advertising

If we show ads, the ad network may set cookies; we will update this policy and ask for consent where required before doing so.
